Piano, Flute, Voice and Guitar

Cici is a seasoned musician with over 20 years of musical experience, 10+ in teaching, and loves exploring music through piano, flute, piccolo, saxophone, oboe, voice, guitar, and marimba. Years of superior ratings and first place in solo and duet competitions, National Federation, and master classes led to an undergraduate four-year piano scholarship to study Music Education at Kennesaw State University and a graduate assistantship scholarship to study at Florida State University for a Master’s in medical Music Therapy, where she focused her research efforts on musical interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder.

Cici has studied, competed and won many master class and performance opportunities with a litany of artists and musicians including but not limited to: Wynton Marsalis, eighth blackbird, the United States Army Band and United States Military Orchestra, Babbie Mason, Christina Smith, Alfred Watkins, Judith Cole, Robert Henry, Gary Gribble, and resident artists/faculty from Julliard School of Music, Michigan State University, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. She has also traveled throughout South America, the UK, Europe, and north Africa to collaborate with other musicians for personal growth, charity events, ghostwriting, and music festivals.

Cici continues to provide instruction concentrated in piano, flute, voice and guitar, and academic guidance in reading/comprehension/critical thinking, writing, and math. Nothing excites her more than bringing out the best in her students. She continues to regularly perform for weddings, parties, and other memorable events.
