Originally from Puerto Rico where Holly was a Music and high school Mathematics teacher, she moved to Florida in 2017. She has over 12 years of experience in teaching voice, piano, music theory and sight singing privately. Also, she conducted many vocal and instrumental ensembles in schools and in community groups, such as voice choirs, hand bell choirs, and concert bands, as well as organizing and conducting music concerts for schools and churches. She has a true passion for teaching and firmly believes in music’s ability of transforming a student’s life and helping in other areas besides music, such as reading, mathematics, and basic life skills, such as work ethics, responsibility, and self-esteem.

Holly has a Bachelor’s degree in General Sciences and a Master’s degree in Educational Neuroscience.She is a K-12 certified Music teacher as well as a 6-12 Mathematics, 5-9 General Science, 6-12 Biology, and 6-12 Earth-Space Science. She taught for Orange County Public Schools for four years and she is currently a high school Mathematics teacher at Digital Academy of Florida.
Holly loves spending time with her husband, Sam, and their dog. Â
