As far back as Vera can remember, music has been a part of her life. Whether it was singing songs she made up on the playground or playing the piano with her uncle, the joy of music has always been a part of her life. At the age of 6, Vera got the opportunity to join her elementary school choir, and at 10, she was one of two students chosen from her school to perform the national anthem at the Doctor Phillips Center. It was at this moment her passion for music truly ignited.

Throughout her musical journey, Vera has explored various instruments and developed a deep love for lesser-known ones. She eventually took up the Viola in the orchestra, where she further honed her skills and understanding of musical expression. Today, as a music teacher, Vera's passion for sharing the effects of music with others is unwavering. Her teaching approach can be characterized by her energetic disposition, patience, and creativity. She believes in fostering a supportive and encouraging environment, where students can explore their musical interests and develop their talents at their own pace.
